"I bought this in scarlet. I washed it before I wore it and the WHOLE hem came out, and the hem on one of the sleeves. I would like to order more but I am afraid the same thing would happen."

"i have found that when i find something that i like, there are not many sizes to choose from and the colors have the same problem. you look at the colors and then they are not available. I have purchased thisset in a gold color and it is one of my most favorite sets to wear to parties adn other functions, but again you don't have my size and i want to purchase this set."

"This duo is very nice. Made well and fits right. I had no problem with the sizing for either the blazer or the shell. The necklace that comes with this set is nice as well. The material is soft and very comfortable and not too heavy so can be worn in the warmer months. I got a yellow set for spring and the black for the cooler months but it can be worn year long if you live in a warmer climate. A very good value for your money."

"If you enjoy looking that little bit extra when you dress, I honestly fell that you will really love this set. I am so upset that I did not see this sale price coming because I am in Blair.com so often...and I don't understand how I missed out for purchasing more of these sets. I own two of these in black and silver colors. The sets are so lovely and I find that they are cut well and run true to size. I love the elegant types of materials used in the jacket and shell. I wear them everywear and with everything. I use them with jeans, with dress slacks, and dresses. I receive so many compliments and people always ask me wear I purchase my clothes. They are amazed to learn of the free jewelry that Blair often adds to the items. The shell can be worn alone or under other jackets and blouses. I find that the fabric hangs well and I do not have to fuss with rearranging the collar or jacket front. It gives a very nice, elegant appearance to anything I pair it. It is a set that makes you stand out slightly and in a very classy way I believe. I hope Blair carries this set again because I do want to purchase so many more colors. The material goes from spring to winter. I have worn the set with wool slacks in the winter and with cotton, light weight slacks in the summer. I am ending this with my plea to Blair to please, please carry this item again."

"I bought this set in three colors. My best friends daughter had a banquet to attend and didn't have a nice top and jacket for it. I sent her one of my sets. Once she received it, she told her daughter sorry kiddo that's mine. This set goes amazing with the bendover pants. My Mom is more broad shouldered than I am and even tho we are both five seven, it fit us both. It was just a little snug thru the bustline, but not so much that it was unwearable."

"I purchased this set a while ago. I find that I don't like to wear it because the fit (for the size S) on the blazer is baggy in the shoulders and the shell is too tight in the bust and too big everywhere else. This set might fit okay on a taller person but the sleeves and the blazer length is too long for someone less than 5'4" in height. Also, the material is stiff and not very comfortable, especially when wearing on warm days. I haven't returned this item because it is fairly nice for the price but I'll probably give it away to friend or family member who is taller than I am."

"When I read that the blazer was satin on the inside, I assumed this was the lining. That is not the case. The blazer is unlined. It is constructed of a fabric that is sort of shantung on one side and satin on the other. There are no pockets, only flaps. The shell has no feature like a placket or button or anything at the head hole, and the head hole is very small. The shell seems to be of different proportions than the jacket. The jacket is true to size, even kind of roomy. The shell is hard to get into, kind of tight in the arm holes, and probably at least a size smaller than the jacket at the bottom. If you plan to tuck it in, it would be okay. But I imagine it will be tight in the hips on most people. Really very low budget construction throughout. I would be really annoyed at the quality if I paid full price, but for $15, I guess it's passable. Figure that's about what it's worth and you won't be disappointed."

"I've bought these sets in several colors, and I'm glad I did! Although they do need careful ironing, they are comfortable to wear and a polished, pulled-together look with pants or a skirt for just about any occasion. The colors are very pretty and look like they do on the website photos. Wash in the gentle cycle with a detergent for delicate fabrics."

"This item and others come packaged so bad, that they are so wrinkled that I had to wash it, dry it, and even dewrinkl it.Then I still had to take it to the dry cleaner to have it pressed. It is beautiful if you don't mind paying extra to have it pressed. Just about every item I have gotten lately had to go to dry cleaners. Even a sporstcoat for my husband."

"The jacket and shell are very well matched. The colors are true and the set is very smart looking. The problem is that the jacket runs small. Normally I wear an 8, but I orderd size 10 a few months ago.It barely fit. Now I ordered size 12 in other colors. Buy a larger size. There is no stretch or give to the jacket or shell."
