Best for the narrow to normal-width foot, April 29, 2007

"These look so cute in the picture but they offer zero support and the elastic over the vamp is unevenly applied so that the left bowed out and made my foot look almost as wide as it is long. They run a bit large, too, so that there was too much length in the toes. The tie is merely decorative; you cannot snug the shoe to your foot along the sides (like with a boat style shoe that has the lacing/tie that goes all around the shoe). The material the shoe is made from is nice and if you have a normal to narrow foot and can get a good fit and don't need support you might enjoy these as a casual runaround shoe. But these are not the shoes for my short feet with the wide instep."
