"I bought a set of these before. They hold up well over time. They don't look heavy, so they are great year-round. The tabs slide easily on the rod (mine is wood). When you order, be aware that the total length is for the two panels in a packet combined, not each panel the width in the add (i.e. for 66 X 84 you get two panels, each 33 inches wide and 84 inches long, not two panels of 66 inches each)."

"I like the looks and have ordered sets for two different rooms. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the colors. The colors of both orders were not exactly like the catalogue showed. They were both lighter than i wanted but I made do with them. Keep up the good work. Leslie"

"They don't hang even. They're thin and do nothing for the windows. Poorly constructed. I wouldn't waste my money on them again. There's more expense to send the ugly things back. I'll donate them to charity. At least that way I can claim them on my taxes and get something back."

"I have these drapes in my living room and bedroom and also have them in my kitchen in the winter. This old house has serious draft problems and these absolutely do the trick. In the summer they do keep out a lot of the heat. I only had one problem with washing them. One of the sets that I had on my side windows when I washed them the lining stuck together. I had washed them the same way as the rest and this set was the only one to do this. I went and ordered another set and alls well that ends well.
Other than that one thing, I am pleased with all of the drapes that I have gotten from Blair,"

"I bought these for a couple of reasons:
1) to get an opaque covering on my bedroom windows after several years in my apartment with inadequate coverage;
2) for the thermal feature, to help keep the summer heat out and the winter heat in;
3) for the very reasonable price.
I really couldn't afford much more than I paid here, which was why I'd done without for so long. Although I haven't had them up in the winter yet, I'm not disappointed in the insulating factor this summer. The color is fine, as expected. As to construction, I did find some small discrepancies in the lengths and top tabs sticking out a little further than expected. I'm not a perfectionist and I can live with these slight defects for the affordability of the product. I would buy more if I had more windows to put them on!!"

The temperature in the room has been lowered and the drapes hang beautifuly, the natural color goes with my original color scheme. "I bought these to help with the afternoon sun raising the temperature in the house and keeping the air conditioner running more. Since hanging them, the temperature in the room has dropped in the afternoons . I also bought matching sheers which compliment very nicely when the curtains are open and from the view outside in. A good value."

"I was happy to find these. It is so hard to find drapes in the 45 inch length. I bought them for our bedrooms, so I was hoping that they would block out a lot of light, especially with the thermal backing, but that is not the case. However, I am satisfied with the look of the drapes (I bought them in ivory). I would only recommend these if you don't have a need to block out a lot of light."

"I have an oversized living room window that needed more privacy and heat/cooling protection. I couldn't find a ready made drapery rod long enough for the window. With a little improvisation we used a long closet pole purchased from a home improvement store to make a drapery rod long enough for our living room window span. The tab top drapes worked perfectly. I just slid them onto the pole and spred them out evenly."
