"The slip hem is scalloped lace. I was disappointed to see that if I wanted the shortened slip to have the same scalloped edge, it would require a considerable amount of time to trim each of the 65 scallops. If you don't mind a somewhat ragged edge, or don't plan to shorten the slip at all, then this product will be OK for you. (If the edge is trimmed, don't forget to secure the vertical seam, or it will unravel!)"

"These slips are pretty good half slips. They are very long before you cut the lace off. I bought 2, one white and one black. I snipped all the lace off of both and the black one is still longer than the white, which is strange. The fabric is okay but the elastic doesn't last too long. I recommend not drying the slips in the dryer. If the ragged lace edge doesn't bother you, then these slips are a great deal."

"What a great idea,. The slip fits perfect under my skirts and I was able to cut the slip to the length of the skirts without having to roll it up at the waist. Washes great. I loved it so much I ordered another for my dresses."

"I really loved the slip, i just had a small problem. After i ordered it and had it for a couple of weeks i lost 20 lbs so now it falls off the waist. i wish i could take it up some how. I really do love it."

"I'm so glad Blair offers this item. I could not find a slip in a retail store! I'm 5 foot 5 so did not need to snip the length at all - it was ready for me to wear. I was glad to have the option just in case. I've been comfortable wearing this slip with dresses and skirts. I've washed this item a few times and I'm very impressed with the quality - it's holding up very well. I would highly recommend."

"Nice slip, good quality and ample room, it fits me perfect but with all snipit layers attached and I am short, 5'2". It might be a problem for someone tall."
