"I bought this for my youngest son for work and he has been wearing it everyday. He thinks it is warm, has plenty of pockets and is exactly what he needed. He works in a warehouse and it gets cold. I have ordered one for my eldest son who does auto adjusting and needs all the pockets and the warmth as well, but it is backordered. I'm sure it will come sooner than the date stated."
