"I ordered this from the catalog a few months ago and it wasn't quite what I was expecting. I assumed "waffleweave" was the same as "waffleknit". Rather than it being a cozy thermal-like fabric, it's more of a woven satin material, which is a little more dressy than I would've liked. However, it lays beautifully on the bed and it washes very nicely. Pet owners be warned - it snags easily."
