"I bought the brown for me and my best friend. We both love them. I also just bought the blue for my friend because she loved the brown one so much. It was a thank you gift for taking me to the doctors 4 or 5 times. She was thrilled. Neither one of us has had any problems with the zippers. I am now going to send for the blue one for me. We need a black one - I ware a lot of black and white outfits and would love a black and white one! It's the first time I ever had a bag that had all that is needed for Organization. A place for everything and everything in its place!"

"I love this bag. I bought the brown one last year for fall. I've never had any problems with it. It held up beautifully, and I am very hard on my bags. I jam a lot of stuff into them and expect them to hold up. The blue bag is exactly the same quality. I definitely would buy another one if they offer another color."

"I have been very pleased with this tote bag. I,too, purchased the larger one when it became available. So far, I have not had any problems with the zipper on the larger tote!! I like the fact that it is light weight. It will be great for travel---and the price is right! I also purchased your fall color one--brown/black. I've gotton a lot of use out of it."

"Purchased first Medium Tote to use as everyday pocketbook. Loved all the inside pockets and roominess, Had the tote a few months before I needed to close the zipper--that is when it broke so I used it for something else. Then I purchased a second Tote. After using it a short while and attempting to close the zipper, it broke as well. I have returned other items to Blair that did not fit right, but this time it was not a matter of fitting well, it was a broken zipper, which I thought I had just been too rough in closing. However, based on other reviews, others have had the same dificulty, which made me leary to try another so I won't."

"I really like this tote bag (especially the six pockets inside)!!! Great for organizing. I think it is a good value, however, interesting other reviews regarding zipper. Mine also broke after just a handful of carryings. My husband was able to fix, but think Blair might was to check into the quality of the zipper. Great bag otherwise."

"I bought this purse as a birthday present for myself. The purse itself is very pretty but within a week of receiving the purse, the zipper broke! I don't feel like I should have to pay the shipping back since the purse was defective so I am going to have my mom try to put a new zipper in it. I was very disappointed with the quality of the purse."
