"I found these shoes as lightweight as described.
They look nice and strong.
However, I also find that my feet sweat in them.
Another problem I have with these shoes is that the sides of the shoes come up high and cut into my ankles."

"I hate heavy shoes, and the plain toe and their cousin wing tips are as light as one can find anywhere. They're extraordinarily comfortable on cement and water and weatherproof. I've purchased many pair, and are back for another. If I have any criticisms at all, it's that they're not a particularly durable shoe. It's a shoe for people more concerned about comfort than durability. I get maybe a year at most. Another caution is that they can be very slippery on wet smooth cement, so walk carefully in this situation. All considered, the plain toe and wing tip are exceptional shoes for the money. I'd rate them at 4 1/2, if I could, rather than the 4."

"These shoes are far more comfortable than others costing over $100, and I've tried the expensive ones. They hold up well, almost never need polish, and can't be beat for foot and leg comfort wahen standing and walking all day on a concrete floor. I never miss a chance to tell friends about them."
