"I have been buying cords for years now because they are slightly more formal than jeans. Early on I experienced problems with the pocket material wearing out too soon and the zippers failing (they were nylon). Eventually the stretch elastic would lose its strength. Lately the pockets are stronger and the zippers metallic. I don't need the stretch elastic feature so I buy the version without elastic when it's available. I will continue to buy this product."

"This is the second time that I have ordered full elastic sport pants--1st time was denim this last time 3 pairs of corduroy sport pants. Both times the pants shrunk up to one to two sizes smaller. Sizing is very unpredictible. I liked the quality of the fabric but fabric was not pre-shrunk before being manufactured. If you order be sure to order one to two sizes larger and longer (purchased 30" length--shrunk to 28-1/2' length)."

"These are nice-looking for an elastic waist style, and very durable. Just be aware that the length is not always totally accurate-- we first ordered a 30" and ended up at around 29". Blair was great about letting us return and exchange. The next order we chose 32" but my son is still growing and there is nothing longer so we may be limited in how long they last. But otherwise the pants are great."

"The pants are well made and excellent in every respect except for the openings to the front pockets. I don't have large hands, medium probably, but I have trouble getting a hand in a pocket. It is very annoying. For this reason I would not reccomnend them to anyone. I will not buy any more."
