"I love the banded collar shirts. They are perfect for just about any business or social environment, dress and casual business. The only downside is that for a better fit I would like to pick collar and sleeve sizes by inches rather than by "S/M/L." However, I will always lay in a supply of these."

"I really love D'amante® Banded Collar Dress Shirts. The top button on the collar have the same color as the shirt is a good feature. I really like the ideal of the other buttons are concealed. This shirt is excellent when you want to step down from wearing a silk tie and still look great for work, dinner, and clubing."

"These shirts are not the Microfiber material I have bought in the past. That was my mistake I think. I would not recommend these shirts. They require ironing and are wrinkled again in a matter of minutes after putting one of them on. The fabric is extremely light weight and this is obviously a very cheap version of their other shirts."

"I love these shirts! The banded collar is a style that I love and that is uncommon enough to stand out... Besides, who wants to wear a tie anyways? They are great for the casual business shirt, and you can't beat the price for a bit of style."

Good but dissapointing in some aspects, August 9, 2007

"I have been ordering from Blair for a number of years and usually ordered the Irvine Park or D'amante shirts. I was very happy with the sizing and overall quality. In the last 6-8 months, they changed their way of sizing the shirts. I liked when I was able to get the sleeve length as a 36-37 but a medium fit. Now, with the extra tall, the sleeve length is good but the shirt is too big. Any smaller shirt and the sleeve length would be to short. I also used to be able to get a monogram on them. Now you can't. I've order about 20 -25 shirts over the last few years. I gues it's back to Penney's!"

"Very nice styling and quality fabric. However. the workmanship is spotty. I have ordered 6 of these shirts and 2 of the lot had badly sewn seams which frayed and opened after 1 washing. There is a technique to sewing these silky fabric materials, because they fray and pull easily if the seams are not properly tensioned. A 33% failure rate is not acceptable for a $30 shirt."
