"I needed something nice to wear to a graduation banquet, but didn't want to spend too much. This blouse with black dress pants and coordinating jewelry was perfect. The embroidery added to its elegance. I certainly felt dressed up. The blouse is of good quality and very well constructed. I would definitely recommend it, if you want something nice but don't want to spend a fortune."
