"Dept stores all have the belt sizes in inches, which made it difficult to guess the correct size for these. I have a 38in waist and ordered a large. It just came today and it's plenty big enough. It fits ok, but if I lose any weight it'll be too large. I'm in the third notch from the end. Nice belt with a design I can't find in dept stores. Price is only average, but I may order another one as I need more than one belt and the designs they have locally are very boring. But next time I think a medium would be better."

"The sizes should be by number rather than Small, medium, Large. It fits kind of loose, but is a good quality belt and will last a long time."
