"The fabric is pretty and it looks okay in the guest bedroom. It's bright and cheerful but I'm not totally happy with the way it hangs over the sides. It puffs out and doesn't hand straight down and the bed ruffle is too short on one side."

"I had procrastinated for several months before purchasing this comforter set, going back and back to the item, debating. I loved the look of it, but was hesitant to purchase such a large item. I am not disappointed. It is lovely, bright, (a little brighter than the picture perceives online), but it's cheerful. The fit is good and it seems to be made well. "Took a chance, needed to refresh my one room studio for a change and couldn't resist from the picture and price!! Mixing prints is a challenge for me and I already had made a floral bedskirt, shams and valance very similar to this print, as well as older large floral chair slips. So for now I'm using the green print reverse side up and love it. Not too busy.
So pleased with the green print I ordered and just received the throw pillow 16", and it is reversible too, floral on back not mentioned on page. Even has a hidden zipper to remove the sham for laundering, nice touch.
I was a bit afraid of what color greens on the small print on the monitor pic and not going with my celedon accents and solid sage drapes, but it's on the subdued sage tones on off white or cream background, not a lime or bright green. Tiny rose and magenta suggestions of rose buds, not too busy. The colors on the floral side are more vibrant than on the picture where the reverse is more subdued. Perfect!
It's great to think in future I can use the green dust ruffle and floral top for a change, 2 for one price if it's showing wear. With fibromyalgia and arthritis it's more comfortable sleeping on rather than under, with lighter weight down comforter cover, as it is difficult for me bending to make up beds daily. For now I put the ruffle under the spread to hide the mattress when pulled back with no sheets. I use my twin as a couch daytimes as well so it gets a lot of wear sitting all day and sleeping on it at night. This fill is better for wear than real down I wore out sitting. It doesn't slide off like some bedspreads or too heavy on pressure points or feet, and nice it's finished on all 4 sides for a daybed coverlet. It seems well made and quality fabric that will hold up a long time. I just love it and the green print throw pillow I splurged on topped off my existing floral shams.
